From the start, this project has prioritized the input and involvement of the future users of the system. Town halls and surveys informed our requirements and guided our decisions as we selected our vendor partners. Our project began with a formal discovery phase that included extensive interviews, focus groups, and court visits. Carefully identifying and understanding the vision and unique needs of each user group allows us to create a system that will be successful across the state.

ONGOING COLLABORATION & SUPPORT
As we build, develop, and test, our ongoing collaboration with future users will ensure that we define and build a system that meets their needs. Beyond just building and implementing a software product, our team will provide the continuous support and training that will allow our courts to adopt a new system with ease and efficiency. We are committed to working with courts all across Georgia to understand their unique perspectives.
THE PROJECT TEAM:
A POWERFUL PARTNERSHIP
A careful and rigorous selection process led to the selection of our vendor partners, both located in Georgia. Their close proximity to JC/AOC’s Atlanta offices allows for in-person collaboration and efficiency. Combined with the oversight and stewardship of the JC/AOC, each firm brings the business, cloud, software engineering, project management, and training resources that we need to successfully execute this transformation of our court technology.
